The PV Performance Modeling Collaborative (PVPMC) was founded by Sandia National Laboratories in 2010 to improve the technical quality of PV performance modeling and analyses. The PVPMC has sponsored ten workshops and is excited to announce that the 13th PVPMC Workshop will be in KunShan, Jiangsu, China and will be co-sponsored by the Solar Energy Research Institute of Harbin Institute of Technology (HIT)，Fraunhofer ISE, and Sandia National Laboratories.
This workshop will focus on high-quality academic keynote reports from industry leaders and technical updates from researchers. The leading experts from domestic and abroad are invited to share results and data about PV performance including solar resource assessments, PV cell, module, and plant performance modeling, new concepts for improving PV performance, challenges and success stories of integration of PV into the grid and society.
The 11th PVPMC in China last year was a great success, and we believe that the gathering of well-known PV experts from China and abroad can help bring more innovative thinking to the PV industry globally.
Following the workshop in KunShan, we are offering a guided technical tour of several PV factories and research centers in and around Jiangsu. Visitors will be learning about PV cell and module manufacturing with technical tutorials and factory visits. More details will be forthcoming.

The abstract should be no more than 2 pages, and include the following aspects:
There will be some speeches and poster introductions at this workshop, to improve the attention of some important subjects and papers. The best abstract will also be selected by the Science Committee and recommended to the workshop. The authors of abstracts will receive an acceptance letter from the organizing committee before 18th November, 2019. All presentations and posters will be published on the workshop web site as PDFs, and will be made available to the public after the workshop.
PVPMC CHINA 2019 will be held in the Longqi Jianguo Hotel Kunshan (Longqi Jianguo Hotel).
